One is for companies that buy finished goods to resell. The other is for companies that have their own brand and want to add treats to their range. Both are set out below step by step, together with the minimum order, payments and what we need from you.

Minimum order
You order from a single carton
A carton holds one item from the range. You do not have to take a pallet or mix items.

Do you need different packaging?
For larger orders we make packaging to your specification.
The above size chart covers meat treats. Rawhide products are bought by weight, and a carton is then 6–10 kg of one item from the range.
First way You buy ready made goods
Bulk packaging with a veterinary label
Goods reach you in bulk packaging with the veterinary label required by law, with no branding and without our logo. You resell them under your own name or loose. This is the option for wholesalers and online shops.
- Step 1 Enquiry. You tell us which items and roughly what quantity you are interested in.
- Step 2 Quotation. We reply within 24 hours, with a price and availability for every item.
- Step 3 Samples. If you want to check the goods before deciding, we agree on a set of samples.
- Step 4 Order and payment. You confirm the order, we issue the document and take the payment.
- Step 5 Dispatch from the warehouse in Poland. We hand the goods to the courier within 24 hours of the payment clearing.
Second way You have your own brand
Production under your own brand
In private label production, goods are made in packaging that carries your brand. The order goes to a production plant, and we organise production, import and delivery to you. This is the option for companies that already have a brand and customers, but no goods in this category.

Who makes it
We do not have our own plant and we do not pretend that we do. Production and packing take place at a production plant we have worked with for years, and we are responsible for choosing the recipe and the packaging, supervising the order, import and delivery to you. We have been importing these goods since 2013 and that is what our role consists of.
- Step 1 A conversation about your brand. You tell us what you sell and what is missing from your range.
- Step 2 Choosing the range. We suggest items from our range or agree on changes to the recipe.
- Step 3 Samples. You check the goods before deciding on production.
- Step 4 Packaging and label. We agree on the format, your branding and the wording of the label.
- Step 5 Order and deposit. For large quantities, around a container load, the deposit is 30 per cent.
- Step 6 Production, import, delivery. From confirming the order to delivery takes 12–16 weeks.

Why you pay for the first order before dispatch
We work without a framework agreement, so the first transaction is simple: you get a quotation, you confirm it, you pay, the goods go out. In return your risk is small, because the minimum is one carton, the goods are in a warehouse in Poland, and you can ask for samples before ordering. Once we work together regularly, we move to more favorable payment terms.
